Founded in 2016, Awign is a work fulfillment platform that specializes in the semi-skilled gig workforce and provides last-mile delivery of planned tasks. The platform takes up hyperlocal on-field or digital recurring work from enterprises and gets it fulfilled through its network of gig workers. Awign is a full stack platform that ensures discovery and deployment of gig workers, and completion of work. The company offers fulfillment services across 8 functions including Content Operations, Tele-Calling, Diligence, Auditing, Invigilation, Last Mile Operations, etc. Awign was founded by IIT Alumni Annanya Sarthak, Gurpreet Singh, and Praveen Sah. All founders have extensive experience across IT functions working at organizations such as Ola, L&T, Flipkart, etc. Awign has gig workers in nearly 600 cities and has worked with over 110 enterprises. Major clients include TCS, Ola, Blackbuck, Infosys, Swiggy, etc.
