Purvasha Mansharamani

Purvasha is a lawyer with 7+ years’ of experience in the industry. She has prior to joining Stride as an inhouse-counsel, worked at firms like Rajaram Legal, Anand and Anand and TMT Law Practice where her primary areas of focus were Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A, general corporate and advisory, facets of intellectual property, telecommunications, media and technology. She has advised companies and investors in transactions ranging from seed to late-stage equity financing, strategic acquisitions and has also led management of domestic and foreign trademark portfolios of numerous Fortune 500 companies and alike along with providing advisory and assisting in brand strategy management to clients from diverse industries and sectors. In her current role at Stride, she oversees the legal and compliance function and aims to provide workable and practical legal solutions to the firms daily needs.
